Quick and easy setup to move into my storage space. Very clean and easy access. Just wish there was a light in the unit so I could organize my stuff better. Other than that, I highly recommend.

Prices are high for some sizes, but they are well maintained. It's better when there's an upfront discount, which isn't always offered. Seniors need those discounts badly!!

Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢ve used a few storage facilities and this one by far is the cleanest and so far I havenﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t felt unsafe at all! Online experience was great and when I needed assistance they were able to help via text and phone if I needed to speak with a person!

Units are a bit pricey and doors to the smaller inside units are not that sturdy. Basically a piece of thin plywood with hinges.

I am pleased as far as the unit goes. Was not happy that I had to call customer service because the kiosk was telling me there were no units available although I had already made a reservation. Also the vending machine for the locks wasnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t working either. It would be nice to have had an actual person around to help.
