I reserved my unit online using the website. The next day they called and confirmed the reservation so I went to the office and the help was friendly. I wasn't there long at all and the facility is very nice and prices are competitive.

...was searching a nearby facility in case we couldn't fit stuff into garage at new moving site. we didn't use the available space because we have to sort first, but will keep in mind for the future months.

I found this place on the net and contacted them. When I went to the office they were quick with the paperwork and even helped me park my RV. I would highly recommend this place.
PIssed Off
Called on Labor Day Monday to see if they were open. They didn't pick up, so I tried to call back. I then got cussed out by the owner, Alex G., telling me "[expletive] no we're not open, it's a [expletive] national holiday, [expletive] early in the morning...Click!" Seriously considering seeking out every storage review site and leaving bad feedback, that's how unpleasant the experience was. Image trying to find a place to spend money at and get met with that response! Heed my advice, find another storage locker unit.
