Good location and service.I was happy with where my rental was.

The place is clean, and easily accessible. Took me about an hour total to move all of my items.

Great customer service clean facility

The check-in process was very efficient, and the staff stayed in touch with me prior to check-in day with calls to confirm. The facility is new and very nicely laid out.

This facility is very secure with codes to enter the property and the building. It is extremely clean and well taken care of. My storage space is actually bigger than I anticipated and very easy to get to once inside the building. There are plenty of doors, so any unit would be easy to get to, though. There is a cart right inside the door for moving your things, which was a life saver. The customer service was literally the best I've ever received. The price was a little much, but it is very comparable to everything out there, and they had a deal of my first months rent free, so they actually beat the other places with that, too. What really sold me on this unit was the fact that it has 24/7 access. I work nights and like to get things done at night a lot, so to be able to do that is what I like the most. Most places aren't 24 hours access. Def recommend this storage facility.

Your customer service is great. I just wish your prices were a lot lower. But other than this I have no complaints.

Everything had to be setup through the phone and e-mails prior to moving in. I arrived the day before and no staff on-site. When I arrived for the move in date at 08:00 my access code was not valid. I sent e-mails and phone calls to several workers and did not hear back from anyone until I got a hold of Lisa at 08:45 by phone and she gave me an emergency code to enter the facility as the delivery I had scheduled was on-site by that time. There should be a way to access a representitive before 09:00am. Lisa was very helpful and I was able to get everything stored by 09:20
