Ive never rented a storage unit before and didnt know what to expect. The buildings are labeled with letters but that didn't seem to correlate to the storage number. I had a hard time finding my unit. My unit was also extremely hard to close and lock up. I had to force the lock into the wall. Im not sure that Ill be able to get it locked again without help from someone. I think overall having someone on sight, especially for move in day would have been beneficial.

Good space and area it just what I needed

Place was really nice clean easy to get to the app helps you get in and out of the location easily. The lady behind the desk was a lot of help. She answered all of questions. The units are close to the highway makes easy access. The unit came with the lock which was nice not having to go get one. The app has everything you need.

Great manager, easy move-in. I like the app that allows to open the gate from the phone, very handy!

There are no carts to be found for the inside spaces on the other lot. Also there are no door stops to keep the door open. They have plenty of carts at the main buildings but none in the auxiliary building.
