Jimmy from Cherokee called to follow up on my request to reserve a storage unit within a 24 hour period of my initial online reservation. He was professional on the phone and friendly upon meeting when I went to view the unit, complete the paperwork and make my first payment. He even repaired the expensive lock my previous storage company sold me and didnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t charge me for his efforts. His kindness was very much appreciated!
