With the COVid-19 in place, my out is state needs were met with the help of Jennifer. We did everything on line so I could unload all my storage items from inside my camper (which I will need once my apartment lease is up and campgrounds closed) to an inexpensive storage unit that was clean and dry. Thank you!

We started this process on line. They held a spot for our RV for several days with a great price. Staff was friendly and quickly answered all our questions. Price of rental spot was the same. Area was clean...We were surprised we were welcomed even with the threat of the Coronavirus starting.

Moving is so stressful. I was pleased that this part was effortless.

Drove a 32' motorhome with tow dolly to store, just enough room for those, tight spaces but it's enough. Gravel is a bit loose and seems to hold water a bit but it was definitely acceptable. Plenty of lights around, fence seems solid on the border, and it seemed very clean for the pavement and the smaller indoor storage units.

The storage unit is not that far from Kent State campus, which makes it good for college kids. The unit was clean. The staff were friendly. I also like that it has a gated fence around the facility and requires a code to get into the facility making it secure.

Rental was quick and easy. Unit was clean. Area well lit. Drive was wide enough for large moving van which was a big plus!
