The move-in process was very easy. The only problem is that the sliding latches on the door are very old and rusted so it required tools to move them. They really need to be replaced. Plus the walking area was extremely slippery leading to the unit. But the unit itself is clean and spacious and Wes at the front desk was very nice and helpful.

Maddie was amazing!! Very kind, caring, through and accomodating!!

I like the storage unit, but this 10pm close time NO. Came to close to getting locked in too many times.

Staff was wonderful - pleasant & very helpful. After we did the paperwork and then looked at the unit we realized that we needed a bigger unit. Cathy showed us another unit and had no problem with redoing the paperwork for it. Easy access. Would definitely recommend this facility.

Excellent service, clean and well maintained!

1. Price increased from $143 to $175 back in December, but that was doable. 2. Emptied the unit almost one year later, and the roof had leaked. Had to throw out three chairs, a queen mattress with a split foundation, and a couple of twin xl mattresses. When you sign the lease, you sign off on water/ mold damage and so there is no legal recourse. BUYER BEWARE!!

Rented a 10x20 a few months ago because of senior discount as of 12/31 they will no longer honor those prices.wheni rented there no one mentioned that the prices were only good until 12/31. Seniors cant afford 160 plus isn.my home owner ins covers all my things mylmylettstates can opt out but no they charge u for the ins.

Great service and easy to move in.

This was the easiest move into storage we've ever experienced (and we've had a few). The staff manning the 800 number to make reservations was great to work with. But the staff AT the facility is wonderful!! They are kind and extremely helpful. The facility is top notch. I would highly recommend this place to anyone near Kent or Ravenna.
