CubeSmart Self Storage - Reynoldsburg

I had a really good experience working with Self Storage in Reynoldsburg, OH. They were so helpful, the process was easy and smooth and the units were clean! I highly recommend using them as you will be so happy you choose to store your precious valuables in this awesome storage facility!

Had a good experience with this facility. The manager was super helpful and friendly.

The paperwork online was so easy. My daughter needed a unit unexpectedly the same day, and everything was done and paid for in about an hour. She was moved in by the end of the day with no issues.

Things are just OK... its clean yes-- but there is no customer service and I had a hard time checking but finally figured it out. The units are decent. Its a little creepy i dont see any cameras or security.

It was easy to book my storage unit online. The manager called to confirm my arrival date and answer any questions. The staff was friendly and helpful and the move-in process was seamless.

Took the truck and opened to the apt. Had nasty trash and large flat boxes . Truck was not safe . No instructions to use the ramp given . New code access after office closed did not work . Could not call local office to leave msg . 800 customer service was not helpful and very unpleasant.

Overall good storage unit, would prefer if it was climate controlled.

I always use CubeSmart between a move. I can always count on great customer service and reasonable prices.

First time renting a storage unit. Process was simple. Unit had quite a bit of debris/very small trash from previous renter, but really not a big deal.

It was super fast to get in and out with CubeSmart, which was great, as we were still in the midst of our move. Customer service was excellent, and the facility suits our needs perefectly.

Got a great deal for the 1st month and it was easy to access. Nathan was a great help, and we got it done in no time.

Clean,secure space and easy check in process. They sell quality locks at a good price.

I like the convenience of Cube Smart self storage and how professional their staff handled my move into their unit.

This process was nice & straight forward.

Staff professional and storage area clean. Security .. so far so good. We are new so I will let you know if there are issues.

The staff was friendly and very helpful. I would have like to have seen the snow removed from in front of my unit, since it made it slippery to move around.

The entry gate was not working on check in, it finally got open and they had to leave it open all day until it was fixed again. I hope this is not a continuous problem.

When I arrived their computer system was down so it took some time to get registered. The lady that helped me Cassandra was amazing. She did everything she could to get me a unit. She showed me the different sizes and prices and was just extremely helpful.

The whole process was quick and easy. I would highly recommend.

Wow, I'm a first time storage facility user and boy was I amazed at the cleanliness and the very helpful personnel. I got friends who use other companies, and from what I saw of them I can only say 'they leave a lot to be desired'. I've told these friends that they should move into CUBE. JL

This facility is clean and the staff is friendly. I got a great deal on my 5x5 about 1/2 the price of other storage places in the area.

Used an online promotion which was an excellent deal. So far very satisfied with the facility.

Initial price is competitive - and with coupon/discount - the lowest for value in area. BUT, within 6 months, rates are increased (eliminating discount). I've had a storage unit for 18 months and have had 2 price increases. I will not recommend.
