Public Storage - Springfield - 601 W Leffel Lane

So far so good. Only thing I don't like is that there isn't access after 9pm.

The facility is clean. It is secure, fencing, locked individual storage areas, helpful employees, using anti-pandemic tools.

Everything so far has been fantastic. Everyone throughout all levels was fast and friendly. They saved the day as my other storage provider failed to show up to sign the paperwork on the day of the move and Public was the only place in town that was open and ready to help. They turned a disaster in to a great move. Thanks a million.

Super easy to rent - decently affordable - pretty secure - buttons on the keypad to be let in need extra pushing to work (only reason why I gave 4 stars instead of 5)

Wasnt expecting to pay administrations fee for paper work or to be charged $20 for a lock or mandatory $11 insurance fee. Plus there is always trash or other peoples junk outside of the dumpster.

Great service. I was running late but Rachael was extremely helpful and appreciative for my business. Once there I was in and out in 20 minutes. Rachael explained everything on the agreement with true professionalism. I nicked PS a star because I would have liked my space to be under $100/ month. Thanks again for your service!

Came in to do a price check on a 10x30 although there weren't any I had a great experience. Customer service was A! Anthony was a great help. I will be coming back to rent from Public Storage!

The woman who checked me in was lovely but online it said 24.99 to rent and I ended up paying $57 after taxes, fees, insurance, and the lock they make you buy. It didn't seem like I had an option to provide my own lock either.

I was having problems getting into the gate for the first time and Stacy came out of the office mind u it was very cold out and the wind was blowing just a bad day and she helped me get in I will surely recommend public storage to my friends Thanks Margaret Allender
