A Self Storage Maumee was extremely beginner friendly. We were shown the unit before agreeing to anything, did an initial inspection, and even received financial assistance in minimizing the cost. My unit is indoor access, but we had no difficulty getting large furniture around the facility. We were given a brand new lock, guaranteeing we are the only ones with access. Their facility has surveillance and daily access. I feel very safe and very secure leaving my belongings here.

The manager was great, super helpful and pleasant. The place is very well kept.

The lady that serviced me was super nice and my unit was super clean and safe. I would highly recommend this place for your storage needs.

Overall a positive experience. Only negative is that two people gave us incorrect information about the amount of the discount offered for paying in advance. We were told 10% discount for paying for 6 months. The correct discount for 6 months is 5%.

Customer service rates an A as does the facility itself. It's clean, well maintained, secure, and easily accessible.

As a college student who needed the extra space to store personal belongings, I was in need of a storage unit. They had a perfect size unit available for me with an extremely easy registration and move-in process. The customer service was amazing and extremely helpful! The pricing was great, especially for me as a college student. I have absolutely no complains!

During this corona virus breakout I had problems dealing with getting my code entered into system, finding unit, locking unit, etc. since there was nobody on site

I only just moved in, but it was kind of a no-brainer. The staff were super nice, helpful, and efficient. Right now there are some great new member perks and pricing was great for the size I got. And then of course I'm fairly concerned about security. The gate system seems pretty decent! Ask them about their security efforts.

Got in there was able to find my lock unit very safe and direct. Lady was extremely nice amd helped a lot. Glad i came to this place

I recently rented a unit from A storage. It was my first time ever renting a storage unit. The individual working there was very friendly and accommodating. I looked at a few different sizes and then after 20 min. or so of paper work, I was set up. The facility is brand new, so I was the first one to use my unit. Also, they included a free lock and the second month is free.
