Glad to have discovered this facility and establish a storage space on short notice! The space is clean, provided carts and an elevator for 2nd floor climate controlled units. Customer service was friendly and efficient.. Very happy with this arrangement!

Phone customer service - Kim nothing short of amazing. I would give 10 stars to her. In person office staff are non- existent. The hours for the office are not kept as stated, so don't waste a trip. I reserved and booked on the phone with Kim.

The staff was great!! They have so many different sized units on 2 floors. We walked around to look at the difference in sizes, so I knew what size would work for me! It's very clean and kept up on. I love that it's climate controlled. I would highly recommend checking them out for your storage needs!!!!

the new locks that we were forced to use really stink. they are difficult to use and very cheaply made.

Overall excellent storage unit. It is friendly and secured so no outside people that don't belong here can get on the property. Customer service is excellent. Office gave me a goodie bag which was very sweet. The prices are good! The storage unit is nice and clean and overall I am satisfied with choosing this property.
