They assigned me a unit that was in a building across the street. Had no idea there were buildings across the street. Once the unit was found (next day) the slide handle was so rusted it was hard to get open. Once it did open the door flung up so fast that it went over the stopping mechanism! It took 3 people to fix the door to where we could close it and lock it! The ceiling is showing cave in. And it was very dirty. I took pictures. If I wasn't desperate I would've left and canceled. I would also recommend that they put a map with unit numbers in their email they send you after you send payment. It was truly ridiculous trying to find the unit I was assigned.

Easy to set up lease agreement. Friendly customer service but I had to call multiple times because of conflicting information. Email said I needed to book appointment for move in which turned out not to be true. Went to move into unit and someone else's belongings were in there so had to call and luckily was able to get a different unit at some location with same size which was lucky because I had a loaded trailer.

I was only looking for a storage unit for a month, and this offers free storage for the first month! Itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s a great facility for my short term storage, and. the price for me was basically free. Timely responses from customer service, as well!

Other than potholes and security gate not working things are fine. You did tell me about these two items and that they will be fixed soon.

I liked it was able to rent over the weekend and move some stuff in to the unit. The price was reasonable to. I would recommend them to others.

This unit is small and does the job perfectly easy inside access, very clean and lights work great so you can see in the evening. Gated and safe accessibility. Thank You for your kindness over the telephone as well.

it was overall a good experience, probably would've gotten a smaller unit if I wouldn't know how experience everything with the fees were, I got a bigger unit so I wouldn't be stepping over stuff to get to everything.

I was let into the facility where the sign was located only to find my unit wasn’t in that area. When I called the person I spoke to could hardly speak English, as usual. He told me to go into the office with no humans and look at the map. Map was laughable. Showed “upper units” and “lower units.” Never mentioned units across the street. Should’ve said East side of road and West side of road. Worthless map. Finally found unit and couldn’t get in. Latch doesn’t work. Tried to open other door (double unit) and that latch worked. WOW. Joke

I went into my unit last week to find quite a bit of mouse droppings and damage to my furniture and clothing

When I opened my unit today there was damage to my furniture and clothing due to mice infiltration. I swept a large amount of mouse droppings from the floor. Hopefully this will be covered by the insurance I purchase from you monthly. Also, you raised my rates two months back without a notice.

There is no live person on site if you locked yourself out you have to wait days. I have auto debit but it never works and I get a late fee every month. I just hate everything about it and there is a homeless man that lives in one of the storages and it creeps me out everytime because you feel like you are invading his home to come get your own items.

The security is great. The accessibility is great. Convenient and affordable.

Overall I highly recommend this storage facility… But with that being said I may suggest something. When I got my storage unit, which was a 5‘ x 10‘ unit, I did not know that there was a separate facility located at the opposite side of the road. So I drove around the main facility for a good 15 minutes looking for my unit and was confused why I had four digits in my unit number but all these only had three… When I called the lady on the phone kept telling me to drive over the railroad tracks which I continuously did and saw nothing besides a electric company… So I hung up on her… I’m sorry. I called again and got someone else who maintain her character through my frustration. She told me that there was another facility located across the street and apologized for the previous lady. That girl needs a raise ! And we’re not gonna talk about the other one... But I love my unit! The facility is wonderful.. BUT! There is no sign that says that there is another facility located on the other side. I highly recommend a sign, please.

Showed up to move in...nobody there- all automated.The kiosk wasn't working, so I checked in by phone, which went well. However, one of my 2 spots was occupied, so I had to kinda create my own spot down at the end. Also, the 10x30 space is really closer to 8x20.
