Very clean, but I would like to see a manager on site. I talked to two different people on line and then had to use the kiosk… very confusing and frustrating.

I suggest using a motion-activated gate opener when exiting.

I have been to the facility twice and have not been able to get out of the facility without calling for help. This location car sensors do not work.

Called to verify charge. Handled excellently! Not a hard process to get a unit either!

It was quick and efficient. Easy to locate and find my spot. Was a little tight parking my boat as the spot next to me wasn't in their spot straight but I managed.

I like the unit and the location. I feel the site is secure. However, getting the unit has been a pain! Nobody on site so you do everything online. I have been charged THREE times! THREE! My 5x10 unit is 56 bucks and change for the first month (with discount from promo). They have charged me that amount three times so they are sitting on about 113 bucks of MY money, and I have yet to get a resolution! I am PISSED OFF!

Signing up was easy, I was able to reserve and pay for my storage unit online and was immediately given my gate access code. No hassle, quick service. Unit was clean. Unfortunately the outlets have covers with locks on them so I've had to figure out other means of lighting for when I need to stop by after the sun goes down.

I did everything online. I loved that the gate welcomed me by name. I was expecting a very small unit but was pleased with the size I got.

We are on our 3rd storage unit with Sparebox. We love the location and I like that you can do everything online or just give a call if you need help. I highly recommend this storage company.

I have had a great experience when looking for a location and a great deal to satisfy my needed storage unit space same day and they where helpful w any issues I had... this place was surprisingly clean and well maintained w respectfully staff I would go nowhere else...

Of course the day I was there paying a moving truck by the hour the check in kiosk was down so it had to be done over the phone which definitely took longer and they never mentioned I needed my own lock - Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢ve never used storage before and just assumed that was part of the deal

I called customer service and he was great helping me out!

I got a couple parking spots at this location. Now that I know their prices I'm thinking about switching my unit to this site too.
