The move in went ok just minor detail of having to purchase insurance which I wasn’t prepared or didn’t feel it should’ve been mandatory it should be optional!!

It took maybe 10 min at the kiosk to finish paperwork but was very disappointing to know I had to buy insurance in order to rent, I feel it should’ve been optional!! The price was better than rest and the unit was easy to find ..

In a grieving time in our life we needed a storage unit to place items in. The reservation was easy to do and moving in was very simple. I’ve never had a storage unit and I spoke to someone over the phone first and she was very polite and explained the process for me

We were not informed of the additional lock that was needed to store our items. The customer service was horrible. I could barely understand what they were talking about and they canﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t spell emails. The wait time was also ridiculous. I work full-time and go to college. Time is precious

Having to write a review is a pain, but it was easy to move in after making a phone call and paying for the unit selected.

Was able to move in the same day I called and they had the size storage unit I needed. The customer service was wonderful and pleasant to listen while handling my needs for storage. Even offered promotions for a unit further away, which I declined.

There is like some kind of oil stain on floor I took pictures before I started moving in thank you

When I called for some prices of the units I was told the 10x12 was $74 plus $20 as a down payment which was $94 for the first month and then every month after would be $74 a month. when I moved into the unit I received an email about my bill saying the prices were wrong and that my monthly bill will be $80 a month. I donﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t understand how you could employ representatives that donﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t know how to do there job and give out wrong prices of the units to people. Thatﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s no way of doing business or getting new business.

Very clean facility,nice clean units. Only thing I didn't like was not dealing with people in the office.

I did all the research and found this one that was by far the best price. I found. It was easy to set everything up online and arrive to the unit, when it was I wanted to get there, and got my stuff in there. It was so easy. I highly recommend this place. The location is easy to get to and in a nice area as well. I feel safe going there anytime.

Clean and nice,but the front entrance has that big hill,gotta make sure everything is secure in vehicles, pretty steep hill.

Although customer service was great when I called in but my first unit I had (424) when I pulled up the person next-door unit (423) to me had bedbugs and roaches I did not like that I had to bomb my own unit had to spray outside the unit before I was able to take my things to the new unit that was provided for me (135) the other unit that I had Was not clean. I had to sweep it out and spray it with bug spray as well to make sure I didnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t have any bugs coming from the other units and the unit next-door to me were always messy in front of the door

I thought I was paying for a 10x10 unit, which is what I was charged for but the unit is only 10 feet on two perpendicular walls. The parallel wall to the back is only maybe 7 or 8 feet wide where another unit cuts into mine. I was also very confused about how to find the "internal" units. I didn't know what to look for and when I called to ask for help I was just told "it's in the building." But they didn't tell me which one. Now I understand how it works and it's better now. I just think the operator could have been more clear on what I needed to look for. Otherwise it's a storage place similar to every other storage place.

I reviewed and visited several storage sites before I choice Sparebox. This was the cleanest in the area.

Absolutely worst customer service and still havenﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t received refund on unit wrongly entered by their employees over the phone would NOT recommend

Clean reliable place to store your stuff but if you need to talk to someone personally. There is no one.

I entered an agreement to rent a 10x10, video surveilled, self-storage unit. The storage unit I was provided is less than 9' x 10' in size. I called the customer service number, was offered other "10x10" units onsite. I checked and measured those units; none were larger than 9' deep. This means I am paying for 100' sq ft of storage, and have access to less than 90' sq ft. Other than offering me to move to a different, same size unit at the storage facility, Customer Service said they would not be doing anything else. They would not adjust the rent rate I am being charged for the reduced space. Also, there is not video camera coverage in the storage unit rows, so the storage is not protected with surveillance.

Little smaller than I expected Canﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t talk to anybody in person at the storage unit. Wouldﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢ve been better to be able to see the units before I picked. I will have to move up to a bigger size.

Very nice storage facility. The staff was very pleasant to work with during set up. Overall everything is really just right for my needs.
