Not as clean as I would like,dead roaches on the floors

The storage lot is very tight and the customer next to me is tight on top of the line making it hard to maneuver in and out and keep things in my spot

I was misinformed about this storage place. I was told there would be someone there and it was a kiosk It took forever to find the unit that was assigned to me. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. If I had problems, I can imagine others did as well.

Customer service was helpful transferring to a new space because the original space had an illegally parked vehicle.

I like the fact that even though the transaction wasn't in person it was taken care of accordingly and in a timely manner thank you so much

I was told someone would show me to my spot, but that didn't happen. I was never told to call before I got there. Someone is onky there by appointment. Would have been nice to know.

Hard to get ahold of someone, cost of mandatory insurance should be disclosed in the price

The lady was nice and helped me set everything up over the phone. I got my code and was able to check my space immediately. Price was cheapest around

Easy set up process. The customer service was excellent and time efficient would definitely recommend to anyone wanting to store anything.

Due to some mix-ups, I was locked out. Lock I was told would be there is gone. Paid up, & still not able to get in--both of my locks are missing, & a new one was put on that my key won't fit!

Pros: Low end of cost. Units seem clean and well maintained. Cons: There are no actual human beings to provide service. Everything is done through a kiosk or on line. There are times when I prefer to use a kiosk -- I can fumble around and figure out what I want without feeling pressured -- but there are also times when I would like to have a human being to talk to, ask questions, get help. I have never rented a storage unit before so I would have liked some personal assistance.

Would like to be 24 hrs. But, still enjoy the space we have!

Very bad RAT infestation. Could not believe how much shit was all over my unit. Also raised rates without notification. Do not rent a storage unit from this out of state, maybe even out of this country Conglomerate.

Clean secure storage area. Customer service could be better needed an out door unit and did not get it. Now I have to struggle to get my stuff out

Affordable ...easy to sign up... very helpful customer service... I would highly recommend anyone including seniors like myself who needs a storage unit to check out this business

Theyﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢re is no one theyﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢re and I was confused a bit. But when you walk ins everything is as easy as 1-2-3. Theyre was instructions posted that was very clear and accurate as well as another machine to purchase locks it was to me a one stop shop.
