The prices are unbeatable, the staff is very helpful. I don't know where my belongings would be if this place didn't exist.

The people there are great and really helpful. The unit was clean and priced very good too. Highly recommend!

OUTSTANDING facility to rent storage space

Very professional! And the office manager knew who I was and had everything ready for me when I arrived. She gave me some additional information on how to get the move for my money and I really appreciate that! Excellent customer service!

I applied about 2 am and paid for my space at 9am..l have so much stuff that it was over whelming. I was happy to find this place through Google in such a short time..l love that it's secure and l can drive up to my unit until 9pm.....

Moved from the West coast with a pod, no other storage place in Toledo would let us temporarily place it on their property to unload into a storage unit without a hassle except stop and lock storage! Cheryl, Sheryl......(sorry) was so pleasant and accommodating and really understood or issues. We got the unit in less than 5 minutes with all the paperwork!

I reserved my storage space online and the staff had my paperwork ready when I arrived. The woman in the office was very friendly and it took just a few minutes to get everything squared away. The space is clean, the doors work great, and it is exactly as it was presented online. It suits my needs perfectly.

They will be closing by the time I get out of work, however, Cheryl was kind enough to stay a bit later to help me out.

I have used stop and lock for all of my storage needs the past 6 years. Really enjoy the office staff have never had any issues with pests or damages. The only complaint I have which is not in anyway directed at the facility or staff is that each time I've moved I've had to get a bigger unit (Cha-ching for stop and lock) but each time I have returned they have always been more than willing to help me with my storage needs. This is my 3rd visit, sometimes I wonder if I'll ever leave. :)

I have rented units at other locations over the years. Stop N Lock is now my go to place when ever I might need to rent a unit. The office staff was very friendly and more than happy to help with any questions or troubles I might have had. The overall cost is better than other nearby rental places. I like the discount offered for AAA members.

I rented a smaller unit but was too small for what i needed and the door had a lock on it already it must of been a confusion so the lady at the desk upgrade me to a different size with no problem and at no extra cost!

Extremly nice customer service but very poor lighting which is 1 common flourescent light from the hallway shared by 8 units

BEING a AAA member, 1st month free, was sappose to wave $15.00 adm. fee, but didn't...I did it on line. light out in our unit. flimzeze walls.

The check in process was a breeze. My storage unit was a little dirty and there was an article of clothing left in there. The staff was very helpful and kind!

Cheryl is great! My family and I have been using storage units here for years. They are always easy to work with and make sure people get a good deal!

Everything was good with the storage unit except for the cleanliness of the unit. The unit needed to be swept out as it was a little dirty. Other than that the location was good for me and the customer service was outstanding!

Unit that I was told over the phone was available was NOT available . Had to take a larger more expensive unit.......Not too happy about that

Price excellent, security safe all but the dog poop I stepped in, office friendly first unit given still had lock on it so she quickly gave another, facility is old I would not put my furniture in there but great for sealed tubs I had.

Overall my experience has been good so far. The assistant manager was very friendly and helpful. Security isn't the greatest by what I saw. I didnt see any cameras and its very easy for someone to walk around the gate to get back to the storage units. I also did not see any cameras. When i went to store my stuff, my unit wasn't cleaned out very well as there were dust bunnies and packing peanuts in my unit. Other than that I would recommend this facility, just not for a long period of time. I am only using mine for about 15 days while I wait for my new place to be ready.

The assistant manager that was there when I went to complete my reservation was very friendly and helpful. The only reason I gave 3 stars for cleanliness is because my unit was not swept out and there were newspapers caked up against the fenceline from the wind blowing trash around. Other than that the facility wasn't bad. I also loved that through sparefoot, they offered $1 move in special!

My experience was good. My only gripe would be that the unit wasn't swept out from the previous guest.

I went to go get my locker after registering online and calling them on the phone to make sure it was open. When I got there the guy couldn't find that I registered and was blaming it on me. I showed him my confirmation email and thankfully I got signed up because of that. Then he has me pay $17, $15 sign up fee plus tax. I paid the money, he gives me my code for the gate, tells me how to punch it in and then tells me I need to buy a lock. He didn't tell me or show me where my locker was or even what number it was, but it was on the paper so I knew. I went and bought a lock and came back and started looking for my locker. Couldn't find it. Went inside to ask him for help, he shows me where it should be, but can't find it himself. He says let me go ask this lady. So I'm waiting and waiting, getting frustrated because I need to be at work soon, and finally decide to go inside to see what's going on. He was signing up other customers and said he didn't know where the lady was. She comes out and says oh that locker is up top. He goes "ohhhh locker **** is up above the other lockers" I said so what does that mean? The lady says "there's a tall step ladder in there that you'll need to use to get to your locker" I had very heavy stuff to put in this locker so I asked if they had anyone to help lift stuff and they both laughed rudely and said no way. So I go and find my locker and have to climb up a huge, rickety, rusty, and super dirty step ladder just to get to my locker. I had to take stuff out of my boxes just so I could carry them that high without falling. Then the locker was absolutely disgusting. Overall it was a horrible experience and I can't wait til I can get my stuff out of there. I don't recommend these people to anyone.

I reserved my locker online. I arrived there and the office lady had everything ready to go. The office lady was friendly and fast with servicing me. I would recommend this storage facility to others. I was highly satisfied with the company.

I called to get information - it was after hours - Jared helped reserve a locker for me online. Reasonable price - move in was easy - Service representative was pleasant and helpful when I could not find the locker. Storage Lockers are secure. I recommend this Stop N Lock IV.

I was glad I could reserve it online and save money when I get to the customer service.

I love the location of this place. It is like a 2 minute drive to there. The customer service is great too. She is very considerate and helpful.
