I have a bunch of stuff and this has plenty of room for my car and my things

I run a nonprofit organization and we purchases the unit to store donated items until Christmas. Showed up on site multiple times and the main gate was wide open and not a single person on site. Called customer service to be told it’s normal for them to open it and leave it open allowing members easier access. Showed up cleared my unit out and called to cancel my unit to be told that I can’t cancel the unit without notice and they refused to provide any type of refund. When in their contract it states locked and secure facility 24/7. But yet gate it open all the time and no there is no office where someone works it’s a company out of state or country that your dealing with. As well there is a tractor trailer yard next door where flat beds are right up against the fence and giving anyone easy access to jump the old broke down out of date fence anyways. Spend the extra money and pay for a good unit.

Unit is newer and clean. Had issue with gate but it was resolved quickly. Convenient location to my home and the highway.

The storage unit was very clean when we checked in and customer service was very helpful. I would recommend to a friend on how easy it was to do my application and get my code.

Last place I had charged way to much wouldn't take thier payment and stuck notes on my unit they was going to clean out at my expense for none payment They wouldn't take my payment out on my credit card they they they wouldn't lol Place unlimited storage on Peter's rd tipp city Avoid at all cost............

I was very happy with it unit I purchased for rental.

Easy sign-up, easy facility access. Roads in between units are a bit tight. A little tough to get a truck through. Worth the value!

Seems to be a nice storage unit.

Never even seen anyone that worked there was told they wouldn't pull my bill till the third of the month but they pulled it on the first which bounce my bank account so went and took my one item I had in there out and sent them a message I was done with there company the structure is so flimsy it even locked would only take seconds to force the door open on the units and the only security is the gate and all ya gotta do is step 10 foot to the right and the fence don't even touch the ground lol easy entrance for any crook
