One perk I like is they are temperature regulated. Won't have no worry about rust nor mold

Not crazy about the standing water (on the grass from recent rains) while trying to get to my end unit, however it was doable and it looks like there is some gravel waiting to be put down. It does need mowed also. For the price, it is great and the unit was very clean. I would recommend to my friends.
