Easy to reserve, great service and the facility is clean and secure

We are moving from North Carolina. Drove up and everything was ready for us. The lady helping us was great! She was so helpful with the whole process. Smooth transaction from beginning to end. I would definitely recommend.

I like that it is a secure, climate controlled environment that allows almost unlimited access. The hallways are plenty wide enough to navigate through. I only wish they had on site carts for helping to move heavier furniture.

My husband and I are previous renters. Our experience the first time is why we returned! Excellent staff!

Larinda is so extremely helpful and kind! She had plenty of options for us when we had to store our entire house while we were in the process of building a new home! The prices are very fair and the facility is beautiful. She even recommended movers to us which we hired. They were also fantastic!

When I arrived there was a lock on my unit. The manager had given me her cell number just in case there was a problem when I arrived since I was coming from 3 hours away and the office would be closed. She took my call and arrived about 15 minutes later to take care of things. Even though I was inconvenienced, her pleasant attitude and eagerness to make it right was all it took to make it still a good experience.

The staff at the storage facility was very informative and helpful. They explained everything clearly and were very polite and friendly! They answered all my questions efficiently and gave me a tour of the facility and I was very impressed on how clean and how well the lighting is! Also the climate in the facility was great! Your pricing was much better then other facilities I looked at! I would recommend this facility to my friends! Thank you so much!

This storage facility is very clean and secure, yet very accessible and straightforward for those who have access to it. The office staff is pleasant and helpful. I would definitely recommend this storage facility to others.

This is not our first time using this facility. After seeing other competitors, we're convinced there aren't any better facilities out there, . The staff and service are simply second to none. Which is exactly why we're repeat customers. There will ALWAYS be someplace less expensive, but not as well ran or serviced.

Austintown storage is excellent, clean, convienient, very secure, safe, and great customer service, the only thing I would recommend is that the lady working there gets some help, she does a great job and is very friendly even though she is extremely busy, phones ringing off the hook, customers coming in for payments and wanting to see the units.

Excellent, to say the least. The lady at the counter was exceptionally friendly and is an asset for your company. She was very professional . I have never seen a facility like this and would recommend it to anyone looking for storage in the area.

I have had a storage unit at Austintown Storage for 4 years. I have never had one problem that I can even think of. It's safe, clean and the staff is very accommodating.

The one-time complimentary usage of the moving van/truck was a nice feature also. Is available for rental after that.

Hard times finding storage for our boat that didn't cost an arm n leg. Luckily we found Lorinda, she is all knowledgeable, great deal, super clean, no worries. Best around.

The staff (especially Lorinda) make my storage needs a breeze. In a matter of seconds she knew what size unit I needed and had the paperwork completed just as quick. The facility is always clean when I stop by. I recommend this facility to everyone who has storage needs.
