Easy to move in. I was on a hunch for something quick and close and they exceeded BOTH ! Will be a forever client !!

Living out of state and needed a storage facility to house what I couldn't take with me. Everything was done remote or via phone. Easy to reserve and James the consultant made everything easier to book and move in. Very cost effective

It has decent security, and itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s clean, but the prices you see online are only for a couple months, then it goes up quite a bit.

The ease of reserving the unit, actually signing the paperwork as well as moving in all went by without any issues. The manager was very friendly and knowledgeable.

Nice place. Only problem i had was the code would not work to let me in the gate. Tried several times. Call the customer support number waited for a half hour before somebody got on the phone. And they had me keep trying my code until it finally worked.

Great Service, good clean & dry unit, easy to get to, no gravel road, wide road area to the unit, and well-lighted unit.

I'm glad I chose to do this it came in handy and the lady was very good

Mostly satisfied - Overhead/ceiling lighting inside the Storage Building is POOR in a few areas I have seen, setting up possible safety concerns. Also, due to weather, lot is fairly well cleaned BUT at the doorway entrances to Buildings are icy in spots (no ice melt/salt visible) and LARGE chunks of ice hanging from roof areas and building surface overhead of doors to access building.

I expected to pay $50 for the annual and discounted monthly fee. I was blindsided by a $20 specialty lock charge and a mandatory ins. Charge of $14 that will be due every month, along with $20 discounted monthly charge (after 3 months it'll be $39), $35 annual charge

I just starting using a climate-controlled storage locker and so far I am very pleased. The facility is very clean and the communication to access the locker has been great.

Just moved from a house to an apartment. And Life Storage is perfect for all the extra stuff you accumulate but doesn't fit in a tiny apartment. The employees are awesome too.

Buildings and units are very clean and well maintained.

I needed a storage unit at the last minute on a Sunday and Uncle Bob's was open and able to accommodate me. The service was quick and friendly.

I had an amergency and desperately needed a storage unit. I arrived five minutes before close after talking to the manager. She hooked me up at a great price and perfect sized unit. She also extended time of access so I had plenty of time to move. She was wonderful and helpful. And, the facility is do well kept.
