How do you add stuff after. Like I have to pay there insurance for a utility trailer

Tell you a price. You pay it. Then want to charge you for insurance. Moved trailer there. They said why did you move trailer there. I paid for it. What's the problem

It's clean. Staff (Jean) very kind. Took time to show me around and gave me valuable information. Clear easy to understand instructions. So helpful. Glad I choose this facility to store my "junk"

I've been parking in my spot for around 5 years now and I'm very happy with it, the only problem that I see is the people who come in and remove the snow in winter months should do a better job of it, I have come in to go to work and found my truck is plowed in..."and now I'm late"... and at 2AM in the morning that's the last thing I want to do is dig out my semi..but that's all I have to complain about everything else is OK...thanks for asking..

They are friendly and at the start of my renting a space there was a problem with a leak since it had rained for a few days and a leak showed up and it was taken care of fast so that I was able to move more into the space.

Prices have risen SO high...increasing every year with no extra perks & no reason for it.

I like Prime Storage a lot. It's secure, clean, well maintained, and well managed. Class operation!

I'm especially pleased with the people who work in the office. I'm also glad you changed the entrance key pads. The old ones were hard to use, especially in that you didn't know if you made contact with the number you were entering. The new one are clear and simple.

I have been with this storage place for 6 or 7 years now... and the price keeps getting higher and higher..and in the end of my storage lease you raise the price again for the month past April... its pretty sad... how much is enough ... you people are so cheap the girls have to pay for their own embroidery on their shirts with your company logo... Needless to say ... I won't be back next year... we will find another place to store out jet skies and tell everyone how you treated your long term tenants...

We have been tenants since Shepherd (Prime's predecessor) first opened and have had no real problems. Our trailers have been parked outside and, when we were placed next to a very long trailer and could not get out, the employees changed our site so we could maneuver better. We have parked in wrong spots when there was snow on the ground and the customer service woman would call and nicely ask us to move when convenient. We have had no problems with storing our trailer there and especially appreciate the kind and helpful employees who work there. The price has gone up considerably since we first began renting our space and the fact that there is no discount for yearly payments any longer was disappointing; however, we still feel that the convenience is worth it.

Kelly helped and gave great ideas. The inside loading area is clean and so nice on a rainy/snowy northeastern Ohio day. It is clean, quiet, and well staffed. All are so knowledgeable and friendly. I am very satisfied and happy with the facility!!!!
