I love the price and location, I did pick up a few nails off the driving areas but otherwise clean, Also I thought I was renting and 8x10 meaning 8ft wide and 10ft long but I measured and it was 8ft 5in by 5ft 3in so I guess the 10ft comes in as 10ft tall... When I reserved it online it simply said 8x10. Either way I need more space. Also, I feel like I should be able to get into that gate and into my belongings any time day or night, they locked the gates on me at 9pm and it made things really difficult for me. Other than that I'm basically happy with it. I like that the insurance is only $9 for $2000 coverage! The small unit next to mine is empty so I'm hoping they will let me just rent it also for very little and on my same insurance.

let me start off by saying Cory ! What Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢m about to write has nothing to do with Cory. So I rented the storage back in October I was very distraught at the time I was going through a break up I was crying I was going through a literal HELL. So this lady rents me a storage which I thought was big at the time but I was not in my right frame of mind. Literally I pay $115 a month for this huge storage that has a bed I loveseat a computer chair a fake plant a microwave and some boxes. This storage unit is huge I need one about the quarter of the size. And let me tell you my son has a storage a few miles away and he pays $36 a month. I spoke with corporate and they did nothing to help me. The problem Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢m having in my hands are tied as I live in New York. I tried to get them to help me figure out a way to get this resolved and nothing at this point so literally Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢ve paid $115-$125 a month since October. I just feel like theyﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢re taking advantage of me. But donﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t get me wrong Cory is amazing itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s everybody else there put a bad taste in my mouth.

Bring a broom or sweeper. Unit was full of cobwebs and spider webs. Not the nicest facility, but what is expected of an outdoor, dusty, old storage unit for the price. Customer service was excellent, however. Move in was fast, easy, and efficient!

Rented several units over the past couple of years here and have nothing but good to say! Never any problem accessing unit during posted hours, friendly and helpful manager and never a breakin - which is why we changed from a different storage company. Price was also better than where we used to be.

The price for the storage size is not that great. In the general area with similar on-site management and security setup, prices are cheaper per square foot at other properties. With that being said, those properties do not have Alyshea, the American Storage property manager. She is WONDERFUL. She is fast, courteous, and provides EXCELLENT service. I speak with her once a month at a minimum and she is the best.
