Staff very friendly, facility nice and seems secure. Only down side was the hidden costs. They charge a fee to open an account, and they make you buy insurance, and they make you buy a special lock. Wish they were up front about ALL costs.

I was extremely impressed. The manager called me when I had accidentally reserved a 10' by 20' parking space when I meant for a 10' by 20' storage unit. She was very friendly. The only issue I have had was the mandatory insurance. I still have not had confirmation that it has been removed from my account since I already have insurance on my belongings. I wish that had been on the web that I needed to bring that. I'm sure we will get it figured out. Overall, I would still highly recommend.
