Awesome experience having no long one to one issues

I have a unit on the northern outside and continually get grass clippings and trash inside my unit. Its bad enough I have a broom to clean up the inside when I access it. I have put duck tape at the bottom but it still isnt great. And had been removed last time I was there.I dont know how it can be climate controlled with that kind of access to the outside weather. Yes, I have complained. I was told I can move my stuff to another storage. That would be very time consuming and not fix the problem for the next person.

The representative that helped secure our 5' x 10' unit for me was very thorough and helpful the day I rented it. She took the time that was needed to make sure that everything was exactly as it should be and that I was satisfied. I really appreciate her professionalism.

My only complaint is that there was no way to check out the size of a unit before purchasing. Besides that, everything is great! It feels safe and secure. I love that I can drive up super easily to the unit. This is important as I have to go there often. The process was super simple! Will definitely be sticking with them.

I would recommend this place to anyone it's very clean easy to access and very reasonable pricing.

Everything went smoothly using the kiosk for move-in. My only complaint is that they are repainting the units this week—literally the two days I’ve taken off work to move my things. The painter I’ve spoken with has been very nice, but this should have been coordinated better. He nicely asked if I could wait to move in because they’re at my door. Unfortunately, I can’t. These are the days I’ve taken off work—weeks in advance—to make the move. He was very understanding and I’ll have to deal with the wet paint because he has to do his job. It’s just a little frustrating but not his fault at all. Besides that, it has been easy, feels safe, and is lower cost than other places.

If you want to talk to a live person in front of you, good luck. I had a complaint the day I moved in and have yet to be called back. Plus there are no lights on the units.

Easy to find, easy to get started, and easy to access.

This facility is on a slope, so it was a little difficult not to scrape bottom. The driver had to turn the truck around to reach the unit. I thought the price was fair.
