It was easy to rent, easy to get into, and the unit was clean. I like that it is built so the water runs away from the units, so no worries about rain coming under the door and damaging my stuff.

Overhead door on original unit was stuck and one phone call and we see immediately moved to another unit.

Why rent from a storage company with no customer service or a local agent. You don't even know the unit or get to inspect it before you pay. So many more choices with local ownership and friendly customer service.

Very nice facility. On your first visit remember to bring your own lock and be ready to do everything by remote access, no humans. Instructions could be improved. Nice price, clean and safe.
