Seamless move-in. I have homeowner's insurance but was not prepared to prove my coverage. How do I provide evidence of my homeowner's policy to get the fee reversed?

Good process for my first rental experience.

We called to report the door was dented by previous users, but since it was the alternate contact and not me, they dismissed it and did not look into it. Either way when you are informed of damage to your property, don't you want to look into it? Not Storage box apparently.

It's was easy to do and move everything into the unit.

They advertise office hours there is no office no people. I explained I want to look at the size of the unit before I rent it. They say that's not possible because there are no people on site. Makes me furious. I went there based on the online page advertising office hours. There is no OFFICE. They gave me a lot of run around spent time on hold only to learn. There are no people there. I'm so tired of misleading information with businesses.

Needed a storage unit last minute, was able to get one and get inside same day. Super smooth process! They have a self-help style office, so you can rent a unit and get locks all in the same place Customer service line was very helpful and kind! Not a machine. Overall great experience so far ﾃｰﾅｸ窶伉湘ｰﾅｸﾂ渉ｼ

The light in our unit isnt' working, and we didnt' realize the issue until we needed a light. lol Also the floors couldve been swept alot alot better, I would gladly sweep them if had acess to a floor broom, but everytime Ive gone to facility there is no one there. Overall it's a decent convenient storage facility.

Check in kiosk, easy in and out access, very clean

Only problem we had was finding our unit. The metal number label was barely readable and not in numerical order.

Very bad experience, was given the wrong unit number and wasted 30 minutes looking to find it, when I did find it there was an RV in the spot next to me with its slide out so was unable to park my boat, customer service told me I would either have to make the spot (inaccessible) work or pay $100 to switch to a different spot

I had to change move in date for storage and the customer service was very good and accommodating ty
