Your prices are more than fair spacious locations no problem coming in or out everything over your kiosk and or over the phone without issues

Wasy to access and nice facility.

It was easy to obtain a unit. Mine was large and clean. I have only started to fill mine at this time but I will add items to storage as I continue moving.

I did not have any trouble checking in the kiosk was easy to use the facility was nice and clean

The only reason I didn't 5 star this place is because of it not being friendly for a big U-Haul to get in and around on property. Highly recommend a confident driver if you do.

Good price nice area and convenient location

The process was very seamless at the site. Online access was simple and provided easy instructions. The facility was clean and well marked. key pads and electronic doors all worked very efficiently.

The space is nice. I will recommend this place to all my friends as well.

I liked the convince of booking the Storage unit on line and they really helped me out finding my storage

I only needed a storage place for the summer and it was one of the cheapest storage places in town. For the price, it has lots of room and a good location, yet the website does not inform you that there is an admission fee and mandatory insurance to be paid. I rather not pay the insurance. The kiosk was janky and the touchscreen didn't work too well. Everything else is great.

Clean, quite and easy to access! Kinda disappointed in the locks they sell for $15 Used mine 5 times and the shackle will no longer close. (Don't waste your money)

Everything was clean and was taken care of promptly.

I moved some household items into my storage space today. Building was clean and had a working lightbulb in it which was a plus. Gate entry was simple and trouble free. This is my second time to rent from Sparebox. Wouldn't rent from any other company.

We rented a unit very last minute, hut the price is great and the portal in the office was easy to use.

I didn't know that everything was going to be done over the phone. I was expecting to meet someone in person, and I never did.

The kiosk on location and the online rental wouldnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t actually process, no matter how many times I tried. So ended up calling, which I just hate to use when paying for things. Ended up not getting the discount that was online, but was able to reserve the unit. Overall, inconvenient experience but location itself seems to be as advertised.

Ive needed help getting into my unit n the fella who was on duty had no problem helping me out. N the young lady on the phone was an awesome helping getting passed the gate. She stayed on the phone til she got me inside.

So I get there and the place is closed. I find a kiosk so I think i'll be able to just enter my info and get to my storage unit. The kiosk doesn't find my reservation. I call a number and the guy who answered said the place closed at 6:00pm. It was 5:50pm. Regardless, I told him I had a reservation and the kiosk didn't work. He said he would give my phone number to the manager and have them call me back. I waited about 5-10 minutes and no one reached out to me. So, I call back and I'm ready to just find another storage place altogether. The lady who answered this time was SOOOOO HELPFUL! She was able to take my debit card info and get me into a storage unit within minutes. She got the code set up and was awesome. Sure wish the first guy I spoke with would have been able to do this, it would have saved a lot of frustration. In the end, I got moved in and the storage unit was clean and easy to get to.

Well you should let people know they have to finalize before you get a code and the code wouldn't work

The price is a fabrication. They do not include the fact that you HAVE to buy insurance. They do not explain how to properly input ur code. You need to call them to find it out. Let me tell you about customer service. They rock! This one wonderful young lady named Madison who btw deserves a raise n an employee of the month award. No matter how many times the code she reset didn't work she never once got aggravated or upset or spoke rudely to me. She is the true epitomy of what a customer service rep should b. Thank you Madison! Ur a doll!
