I’m parking my rv here in an outside lot. my assigned area was littered with rubbish, trash, and an old tire. Tree branches are hanging over the fence that surround the property and had to be trimmed back to keep them off the rv. The front area is nice and paved and the parking area is gravel but there are deep ruts and holes that have retained water now for several days after the last rain which make for a muddy, bumpy mess.

The facility is small for the price, the area is hard to drive a long-bed truck around & the gate by the office area doesn't work with the code. (the one facing East & West). As far as the recommendation is concerned yes & no, a person needs to be able to see inside the facility before renting & a real person needs to be around.
