Great experience. Moving in was easy and Gene is very friendly! I was moving in on a Sunday and he was very accommodating and made sure that everything went smoothly.

Gene had me in and out in no time. All my questions were answered. Friendly and helpful.

Mr. Gene went above and beyond with his excellent customer service skills. He worked with me on getting into the correct size unit that I needed and helped fix all the technical issues that I was having. He made sure my reservation was established and the correct follow through process was outstanding. He gave me a tour of the property and gave updates on the new gate hours. I would only say we should have checked to make sure the light bulbs were good, as the lights werenﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t working when we downloaded my household goods.

I was able to easily book a unit online, but it was necessary to call him to confirm reservation and complete the process. The person helped me was you should understand, professional, and worked efficiently to complete the process. Then I was sent an email confirmation with instructions that included a map. The unit was cleaned out but there was a little bit of dirt on the floor that needed to be removed but not too much you could tell that it had been cleaned out and swept just not completely free of dirt. It would probably be better if they blew it out or mopped it out instead of just swept it out. Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢m overall satisfied and would recommend the facility.

The facility looks a little rough when you drive by however, looks are deceiving. Onsite manager makes it a point to know his people. The Facility is clean. Manager and his wife keep the grounds well kept and when I signed up I got Insurance and a Lock without running to the store. Come on! They have Uhaul rentals and supplies and it's everything you need in a storage facility without having to go too far.

Clean storage unit at great prices, very nice owner, cares about you and your belongings. I got a 5x5 to store my stuff while Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢m on a deployment, it was a quick easy process to get in and out and I feel confident that my things are secure with American Storage.

The place is clean customer service was excellent and Gene went above what the job requires of him. I would highly recommend this place to anyone just because of Gene. Great guy and very professional.

American Self Storage is located in a great spot. The units are protected and secure with gated entry and barbed wire fencing all around. It's clean and the customer service is awesome.

This is by far the best option for storing your valuables in Lawton. There are no hidden fees, they tell you up front about insurance requirements and anything else so you are not blindsided when you show up to pay for your unit. The owner/manager is amazing and friendly, very personable and he lives just off site which adds an additional sense of protection for your belongings. I recommend EVERYONE use this facility if you need storage in Lawton.

I have rented for over 30 years and I have always had the best care. I am coming to the end of my years (recently diagnosed with cancer), so I am not sure how to close out this unit without losing things I maybe want to keep. I can't do it the way I feel most days

Gene has cleaned this place and done more for security than any one previous manager! He is very good at keeping us informed about our storage as to whether anyone has tried to tamper with it.

I am hoping in the near future RV cover can be built, which will bring more customers.

This is a good storage company with great customer service. The property is always clean and I feel safe going there... even at night. There is always an attendant there to help. I recommend them!
