Overall I love the facility, but my issue is that they advertise that it's half off the first two whole months but then they tack on a $30 one time admin fee and they require us to have mandatory insurance....so instead of the anticipated $20 plus tax it was $55. And right now I barely had that to pay! Overall the facility is nice and clean so that's a plus but also, first we went to another location on SW a and it didn't go all the way up to my unit number so I had to call the front desk and they informed me that there was in fact TWO locations on the same street. Close to each other but still confusing

We had a bad experience. Address was not clear. No one answers the phone. Then we were locked in which no on told us it locks after nine. Had to call the police to let us out. Waited in 112 degree weather!!!!!

We have rented a unit from this facility for about 10 years now. Changed owners 4 times. Rent keeps going up and the rules keep changing. Today we went to get something out and the security gate was wide open. We opened the unit and there was so much rat crap. In the last 10 years we have had none!! I called the office and was told they know of the gate issue. And could not give me a time frame of when it might be fixed. The lady on the phone was super rude! I want to know how is my storage secure. At this point anyone with bolt cutters could cut the locks. Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢m super upset and unhappy. Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢ll be taking my business elsewhere.
