Provision of a secure storage unit with many size options. Staff was attentive with answering phone. Only ever had a miscommunication regarding bill notifications in between a change of management.

I just needed a parking spot for my pickup truck so really have no comment on the facility except the service was very friendly and they were ready for my arrival.

Needed a quick storage facility for a situation that came up and was able to find this place and easily reserve online. Our place was available and they even text us to let us know location. Very informative and good communication!

Went out of their way to help me, even going to another facility to find a dolly to make my move easier.

My son needed a place to store items from his dorm room over the summer. Not only did Amber at the front desk give him a special discount for being an OU student, she went to another storage facility to pick up a dolly so he would have a way to move his refrigerator into his storage space. TOP service - amazing!

I've only been with this company a few months now, and since I've been here they have lowered my payment, have always had good customer service, very clean and secured. I would recommend this storage facility to anyone.

I store my motorhome on an outdoor space and the surface isn't much better than a bad country road. Very deep and muddy ruts that have not been repaired. Unfortunately it is the only choice that I have for storage. The current lady that runs it is very nice and friendly. I think she is about the 5th or sixth in a year.

Everyone we have spoken to, have been the nicest people. We have had a great experience with this facility!

Prices a little high....i remember when renting a house was cheaper

I have been storing with American self storage for over a year now. The staff is very friendly and eager to help whenever there is a need. The cost is a bit high compared to similar units.

I have been with this storage unit for a few years. In the beginning I was super happy. Great facility & excellent customer service. There was a wonderful man named Joe who ran it. He made it feel like home. Now it feels like there is a new person there every month & there is just a severe lack of customer service. It makes me sad but I will be happy to get rid of this unit by the end of the month
