They are very fair in their policies. My girlfriend had her original price 'grandfathered' in after raising prices (as everyone else did, but still less than my previous storage). Cameras everywhere make you feel secure.

I booked online and was to be there at noon, I was but could not find anyone and could not get an answer when I called the number on the sign. I called the online number and they could not get anyone either. So I thought it was noon, maybe they went to get lunch..nope...2 hours later still no answer I went to Hwy76 Storage. I did receive a call noon Saturday from this storage place asking if I would like meet to do my paperwork, I told him after being left high and dry on Friday he would not get my business.

Key pad gate . you can get your owne gate code, Access 24 hrs a Day for me as a customer so i can get to my unit after i get off work even on Sunday's.they also have 24 hour videocto see you coming and going and down the sides by my unit also..this is so cool and makes me fill better and safer about my thing in my unit. also they had a very nice peson meet me there to sigh my pader work for my unit and I did it all after work ,It was just about 7:00 PM. Cant bet that for Customer Service. It all took about 15 to 20 min.....

I was suprised to find such a great storage place an the number I called was extremely helpful in finding me a storage unit close to home and of good value, he even called after hours and was able to get me one even though they were closed and that was great because I had to return my uhaul that day, thank you for everything, I have never been so pleased before,
