Friendly service and very accommodating making sure the storage unit I reserved would be enough space. Storage unit is well built with a good secure door on it and was very clean inside.

I reserved a storage unit online, upon arriving I requested to see it in-person before I committed, having been my first time to rent a storage.Boy was this was a huge mistake,heavy set gal sighed obviously annoyed with my questions, stated "she was on her way out!" Snatched her keys up, saying in a rude tone,that she was only stopping by there to take a few payments, Her daughter who was the actual manager had an emergency having to leave the state suddenly. She then proudly claimed to be the Regional Manager and asked for my name and # to be contacted when her daughter returned? Needless to say I saw no reason to ever return much less deal with her daughter after the 'Regional Manager' was so pleasant, hahaha but I did get her name, and it was "Ashley." Recently learning that the "WEDEL" family owns this property and several others I was appalled and needed to share my experience so they know what they are paying their (if she really is) the regional manager to do ..... to run off potential longterm customers!

Very rude, unhelpful, disrespectful confrontational lady. Has minimal knowledge when it comes to problem solving. SMH ????

They were fine. I donﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t really have much in the way of a comment. They could stand to fill some of the potholes in the driveways

When I arrived I found the unit I had reserved was to small. The manager was GREAT, she made the transition to another unit almost seamlessly. SHE IS GREAT.

I ordered a 10x20 unit online on 1-18-2021 for $65.00/month. Which is online still listed at that price. I received a call about my reservation and was quoted a higher price. The lady stated they were having issue with the online pricing, it was incorrect then refused to honor the online price. This is the second storage facility that advertises a certain price but then wouldn't honor it. I didn't have a chance to rate the facility but that there in itself enticed me to look elsewhere!! I arrived after office hours from out of town. I called the number and he met me.the next day he helped us with the gate as we were unloading till after the gate locked. Very glad we rented from here.

Went well at the storage facility that I rented

The staff was very friendly and helpful! The units them are fine however I wish there were a bit more sealed at the base of the unit.

Needed a place to put extra lawn care equipment. Much of it is too wide to take through the backyard gate so it seemed the simple solution. Easy access and easy signup time took just a few minutes to get a great space.

When we decided to move, we needed a place to store "extra" stuff for a while. Based on price, we chose this location. The room we rented was clean, they never went up on rates, no issues with access. All around good experience.

I was very happy with this, my first experience in renting a storage space.

Traffic ways are in dire need of resurfacing. Potholes in the blacktop and mud ruts in the unpaved easements for parking are the only issues ive ever had as a tenant, and ive ben at the property for over six years.

My space was clean easy to access and the customer service was awesome. Will recommend American Storage for sure.

Sparefood made the contact for me to rent from Mid America Self Storage on Memorial Road in Edmond, OK. that company contacted me. I told the man i was aware the first month was free. He went on to say there were fees still required. The fees came to $46 vs the standard monthly rate of about $60. I asked him how in the hell he could advertise a free month and still charge that amount? He then took the position that a person that uses the swear word "hell" would not be a customer he wanted to do business with. I simply hung up. I don't need to deal with clever people. I found another place a mile away that gave me more space for the same $60. They gave me a 6'x15' space. Their place is cleaner and the blacktop does not have pits. I drove by the Mid America place and it is a dump.

Manager very friendly. Fast service. Fair price. Good safe location.
