James did great job! Told me every thing very detailed.

James provided excellent customer service.

The parking lot has potholes All the way thru. Bugs in units. No one on duty. YOU CAN'T GET OUT OF THE GATE. How dare you say call 911 to get out. You waste their time to get people out of a gate that you should be able to get of!

The price is riight and nice location

This may be an older establishment, but it is well taken care of. The unit was clean and ready to move in. The price was so great. Have told many about it. And the fact that they guarantee the rate for a year. My old unit went up every three months. James was great and easy to work with in getting all set up.

Hard to get into, tight, but clean and competent

Showed up to the facility and called the number. Turns out, the only way to fill out the information is online. So have your information handy on what vehicle you will be parking. I recommend using a desktop (the screen is too small on my phone to do comfortably.) Once the paperwork was done, it was about 30 mins before the code worked but I was able to get my stuff handled the same day since I was within the “office hours.”

Very professional and courteous operation with excellent service. Answered all questions both in person and online. Very reasonable pricing. Secure place if you are looking to store anything.

The clerk was very nice. Even was she was busy with someone else. She still communicated with me. Letting me know she will be right with me.

Office lady was very helpful had me all taken care of before coming to pick up my paperwork. Had to sign and that was it !!

Debra the manager lives on site where there is a electronic locking gate, security cameras and plenty of space to drive around. Very friendly, super helpful and even accepts mail for tenants which is very beneficial for me as Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢m a truck driver for a living. You just canﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t beat the price with the amenities that you get here. I highly recommend this place

Easy reservation of unit and truck and courteous service when our code wouldn't work after normal hours.

No fuss, simple reservation and friendly service. Had issue with my gate code but was cleared up quickly, after office hours.

Renting on short notice and moving in late. Debra worked hard to get us setup and able to move in that night. She even stayed late when we had an issue with new gate codes.

Management never hardly answer the phone and may not be available after you have made a reservation.

I had to wait 3 hours before being seen to get my storage space. It was very uncomfortable and time wasted. The quoted discount was even different.

When we needed a unit again we returned because we got such good customer service and the facility is clean and centrally located. Good value for the space and services.

Secure entry and exit, wide access roads and friendly staff make this an enjoyable experience to rent from.

Debra provided me with great customer service! I do have to reach out to you all though. I had a deal with AAA to where I was supposed to get a $20 Amazon gift card from you all. American Self Storage gave me the discount, but she said to reach back out to y'all to get the Amazon gift card.

I would recommend this place to everyone. The woman who helped us was amazing and didn't try and make us get a bigger one welooked at two and she said the 5x5 is great ifyou don't havealot of stuff and you can always stack it instead of saying that's not alto of room whatsoever unless your storing one thing you need the one bigger she didn't do that like the 2 places I tried first was so very helpful answered all our questions and on top of that made us feel like our stuff was safe there and thatches there 247 so nobody would. Get past her so amazing place keep up the great work and keep the great employee she is so helpful I couldn't believe how welcome and not used I felt afterwards and the prices don't punch you in the gut either sorry in saying so much its just in surprised how great it actually was I will only go there from now on to someone who treats us like family

Employee took a moment to warm up, but was eventually nice. A lot of pot holes! Price is super affordable and the storage was fine.

I was able to get what I needed and moved in in a few hours. Customer service was excellent.

The owner was friendly and helpful. She processed my paperwork and had me out and on my way quickly. I would recommend this storage facility. The walked away feeling like I had recieved excellent customer service and got a large storage at a great price.

Mediocre service didn't seem knowledgeable

The storage building I rent is clean and sufficient for what I was looking for. The owner is very nice and friendly and they offer insurance with every unit.
