the customer service is excellent! The only thing I didn’t like was it seemed sort of dark. My storage was right next to the fence so maybe that’s why it seemed dark but the lights in the storage doesnt work either. That is my only complaint.

Very nice staff, check in EXTREMELY easy. Answered my many questions about the property, including security, with honesty and ease. And patience. I've lived in a lot states and seen a lot of things! The 15 x10 climate controlled indoor unit was easy to get to, cool, doors worked, great value. I'm happy. It feels very private there which I like too, so feel more relaxed while sorting out my life and biz. Other customers were quiet and respectable, felt safe on property. Hours are not 24/7 but prefer that so no overnight break-ins etc into units. My only gripe was I did have an inside climate controlled unit & noticed a bunch of dead crickets inside my unit and in the hallways, but it's OK. Was hoping maybe it would have been swept or something before I moved in. I guess make sure to bring some glue traps for your unit & a broom. Also no rolling carts, so bring your own from walmart or costco or something if you're not moving in one-shot with a u-haul.

It took me less than 10 minutes from starter to finish to set up my unit. And another big factor for me was seeing how clean the facility And my storage unit where/are. I need to rest assure your belongings will be in our safe.! And again, nobody beats them on price. Thank you

Unit got broken into and noone even called me. Cops say it gets broken into every month.

I rented & paid for the unit online, so that made it pretty easy. But finding my unit was a little bit trickier. Lol. But all in all I was satisfied with my experience..

We needed a climate controlled storage space that was closer to our location and found this ClearHome Self Storage to be just what we were looking for. The manager on duty, Shayna, was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. We were able to view the unit before rental and it was very clean and in a secure facility. The rental rate was very reasonable for the size of the unit.

The move in process was short and sweet. The call center employee was great. Also Mark in the front office was polite and extremely informative.
