We were trying to rent 2 units next to each other and according to the online specials, we could pay monthly at a certain rate. We got to the office ready to reserve and start moving in 3 days and were told that was if we committed to 6 months, which we had no problem with, AND paid 6 months in advance, which we absolutely had a problem with. If you look at the online special, it absolutely DOES NOT say that. As a matter of fact, it says 'to be paid monthly'. The person we spoke with called me the next day and I asked him about it and I did not get a clear answer. I did not understand what he was telling me, but I caught that he was not going to honor the special. Don't trust them until it is writing, and if you are trying to get an online price, GOOD LUCK!!!
