I was really glad to find you guys

It is and has continued to be a great place to store my things. Very convenient and very secure. Customer service has been an awesome help at times

What they do not tell you is that the rent will go up significantly every year. Not sure what their cap is but I know I am paying more for my two units than I can rent them for now by over $100. They are convenient to my home but that is really the only plus. Looking for a family owned unit versus corporate. They will usually only raise the price when there is a true reason to increase, you just won't get the early discounts. It will all come out the same in the long term.

Generic response. Your people told me on the phone I would only pay 25.00 for the first two months. They lied. My rent went from 75.00 to 99.00 then 120. I had a signed lease yet you kept raising the rent. I will never recommend this company. No security at all

Listed as a 24hr access facility but it's not that's the only downside

Everything was fast and convenient

Most definitely the easiest way to get a storage unit no hassle what so ever, I even messed up and got a inside unit when I wanted a outside called customer service and just like that he switched me over to the one I wanted and all under 5 minutes..

Was a straight forward process.

It's not staffed correctly and it needs a restroom

Needs each unit to be blocked off ,to the other units.

So far, so good. Wish they had later hours, but it's otherwise perfect ,location great, price perfect , and may try to move my old unit to this one as well.

I do not recommend this facility. I chose this one because online it said security cameras, gated and security. Nobody in office. Didn't see anyone patrol. Nobody in their office. I checked various times of day. No cameras except on front. Gate finally fixed. Bader i surance is giving me a hard time. Get your own renters insurance

The unit I was assigned had people living in it. I had to evict them myself . And hope they don't come back..there is no electric plug ins in the Unit and there was a lot of trash inside the unit as well. The security gate doesn't work ..I'm sure that's why they chose to stay there.. I'm hoping that it gets a lot better ..or I can get my money back

It was the best experience I have ever had with a storage facility. The employees I conversed with solved all of my issues quickly and efficiently. They were friendly, as well had amazing communication skills. Something that is rare these days.

Very easy to use, good customer service. Called to offer assistance in setting up my storage container.

I recommend 19000009 times - friendly staff and a quick and easy transaction!

Got to the storage facility. Had to go to the office 3 times. Everytime she gave the wrong pin to get in the door. She finally went and opened it. But it was very annoying that we had to do that.

Fast and easy process not to mention affordable.

This is the best storage facility one ever experienced.
