KO Storage of Del City - SE 33rd St

just trying to get stuff organized and haven't secured my unit I will not hold you and company accountable per SE anything come up missing.. please have mantainance remove this facility. secure lock from unit 106 please I will secure by Sunday 17th. thank you

I purchased a climate controlled unit and within a month it got broken into. They completely lie about 24/7 video surveillance which I found out after they told the arriving officer none of the cameras work. They have no office and outsource their calls. Now I have to battle with insurance to get paid for my items they couldn’t keep secure.

I rented this storage unit online as I was moving to town from Texas. When I arrived with my UHAUL the code they gave me didnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t work! Spent 30 minutes on the phone to get in and then got locked inside because the gate would not open! Went back another day and got locked inside again and called the Del City police to let me out. The gate is broken!! Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢ve called and requested a call back and get nothing!! No onsite manager either!!

Very good 5 stars and very nice manager that cares about there customers guaranteed satisfaction with monthly discounts.

Moving was easy with a contactless setup I was able to reserve it pay for it and go there and move into the unit without ever having to actually see anyone which I found extremely convenient considering my schedule and it has been and it has been an easy move-in process and so far a conflict Free situation all together I'm happy with it

Climate controlled well maintained

the pricing of this unit is budget friendly it is also an ideal location and it works perfectly for me and my grandson thank you very much
