I made a reservation for this place and the site manager called me up and asked for the time I would be arriving. I told him about 3pm and he said that was fine. I got there and the door was locked and he was no where to be found. I was finally able to finish my registration online after waiting for 20 min for them to show up. I do like the facility though.
