Kristen was WONDERFUL. She worked really hard for me to get a computer glitch worked out so that we could start moving our stuff into storage, as we are on a time crunch!

I was able to do everything online including payments and registration for my unit. Response was prompt and when I did go into the office the staff was nice and explained the online process to me and even gave me a mask since I forgot mine. Super helpful and I'm glad i decided to store my items here.

Just moved into this storage facility. Tiffany, the property manager, was very nice and very helpful. I chose a 10X20 unit. The unit was very clean and very easy to access. The only thing that I would like to see changed is either longer access times or 24hr. access. I would definitely recommend this storage facility.

The only issue that I have had, is that the unit was locked when I showed up early in the morning to off-load some things. I had to wait until they opened at 9:30 am. Earlier business hours would be appreciated.
