Rodney was able to set up and process the transaction quickly. He also gave our team tips about loading and unloading items into our storage unit. Rodney is truly a professional person to deal with and a great face for the company.

Property manager is very helpful and knowledgeable. Corners are a bit tight for a larger truck.

I love the fact that it is accessible without having to wait for a staff person, but it should be open later, not necessarily 24-hours a day, but more hours in case something comes up. The price online states the price includes the lock, but when you sign up they charge for the lock separately and then charge a mandatory insurance and extra fees on top of all that. So its not the advertised price. Still a good deal, but they should be more upfront about their pricing and change their website so it doesn't say the lock is included.

Employee I dealt with to rent a unit was pleasant and the experience was good. I've made several trips since then to fill my unit. Saturday night, I drove past the dumpster on the way to my unit to find some moron stuffing it full of large pieces of furniture. Lighting in the drives was mostly out - not working. Monday, my wife was called by the manager to see if we left beds out by our unit. She told them "no". Tuesday, I dropped off another load to my unit and found 3-4 box springs and/or mattresses and some other small pieces of furniture scattered in the drive near to my unit. Apparently they had been there at least a day if not longer and not yet removed. Also, the walk through gate was wide open when I arrived and when I left. Cameras are cheap. The property should have some placed so that the manager on duty can observe what is going on and entrances should be secured.

Very fast, efficient, easy to access, decent hours. Good location and the customer service is great. They value you.

When I spoke to Beth on the phone, I knew that this was the place for me to store my belongings. she was knowledgeable, friendly and made me feel very comfortable with my belongings in her care.
