Shuronda was very helpful! She helped me figure out the storage space I needed to meet my needs! She was very helpful in explaining the fees, accessories, and insurance that I needed! She was also very patient for the many questions I had for her! She helped us find the perfect storage unit to fit our needs! She instantly became more like a member of my family! I was going to use another storage facility but I ended up making my reservation here. From the time I walked in the door until the moment we left, Cynthia was friendly, upbeat, knowledgeable about the facilty. I'm glad I.didn't go to the other place..

Everyone was friendly and very helpful...nice experience in every way.

I called to set up an appointment and told me a a rate. Then when I walked in they said a totally different rate. The lady was disorganized and took a long time to figure out things.Then on the sign said only pay $1 for the first month and she said its only the selected ones. So I ended up paying $81.00 the first day. Where my storage is located the lights don't work and the lady said she would put a work order in. Guess what they haven't fixed the lights so therefore I bring a flashlight. The people are nice but work still needs to be done.

Got there not know what the size's actually were had a young lady to help us decide which was very much appreciated. I will recommend Public Storage to anyone who is in need of storage space. Thanks for all your help!
