Public Storage - Oklahoma City - 8012 S Santa Fe

Upon arrival, my app to open the gate malfunctioned and would not open! After getting out and typing the code I followed to my unit. Upon opening my unit was FILTHY. No one cleaned out the unit prior to me arriving. I was highly disappointed and unsatisfied, almost to the extent of canceling my rental but because I had couched loaded on a trailer and needed to get them someone I just delt with it. I removed what was left in the unit and left it outside my door.

Customer service was great. Had an issue renting a different site and they quickly found a different one

I called to make an apt and my phone kept disconnecting. The guy on the phone called me back and very helpful. The lady in the office was also very helpful and offered all the packing supplies a person would ever need. I didn't get any, but it's nice to know everything is there if I need them.

Excellent customer service. The young lady at the front desk was really kind and set me up nicely. I have been with them for a few months now and haven't had any problems with getting help. The grounds are well kept and I feel safe leaving my things at this location. Honestly if I could rate it higher than 5 stars I would simply due to the customer service I received.

what can i can greg is The Best. He Will Greet You at The moment you walk in very friendly guy. Best worker ever. he can handle all task weather it be small or large. we have use this storage before , and i wont ever go any ware else. except here. good , friendly, good service, its very clean in side and out greg makes sure everything is in good condition. safe ,

You need to make the Code box accessible from the car,now I have to get out of the car to punch the Code to the gate. I don't think you should make insurance mandatory , I should have the option to insure junk.

I will admit I am not always greeted by the staff when I go by Public Storage. That being said it is usually because they are out and about doing their job of checking to be sure the units are clean and secure. How do I know? I have seen them in the cart or in a hallway and I always receive a smile and a wave or a friendly greeting. I am asked if I need anything, have a question, is everything to my liking. I first helped a friend with her storage needs at Public Storage and was impressed with her treatment so when I needed a unit there was no place else for me to go even though there are storage places much closer to my home. Very happy with Public Storage.
