Quick and easy move in! Sometimes the app has trouble connecting to the gate to leave but other than that, no problems at all!

Easy application process. I really like that the gate code van be accessed through the app via Bluetooth.

The front desk was very kind and helpful. I feel it is secure.. especially considering we had trouble getting in and out ourselves due to phone think not working good for us well.

The whole process was seamless. From finding a space to paying the bill to gaining access to parking.

The location is perfect. I am able to store my trailer with ease as there is an ample amount of space between the lots.

Great customer service , prices

The ad in the phonebook and on the sign at the storage facility was misleading. I paid more than a dollar for my storage and on the phone with Customer service I was told a price and wasn't told anything about being required to pay for insurance. With little time and a need to store my things within a short time and short notice I reluctantly agreed.

Fantastic customer service. It took a minute longer to setup than i have experienced at other self storage facilities in the past, but i left feeling better informed and comfortable with my choice...and i'm impatient, the process still only took about five minutes. And it was a good clean storage property.

Service was amazing! They really went the extra steps to make us feel welcome. I've used them before and they're even better now. Love this storage place. Their people are so friendly and honest. 10/10

Upon signing the Lease Agreement, my brother was not given the key to his storage unit; therefore, when he arrived on his move-in day his progress was delayed significantly because the person in the office, Ashley, was unaware of the situation and the property manager who administered the Lease Agreement signing did not pass down her oversight. Eventually, my brother was able to move in, but not without some challenges and not without delay.

Quick process and great ppl too

I had to drive to the office twice to get the Memorial Day special promosed by the telephone person because the Manager was unaware of the deal. There is also water standing in front of my particular unit and no rain in three days.

very clean and friendly people nice facility. the exit code box is in an awkward spot you have to get out of your car to reach it

You need to install 8-9' high sliding gates. Since the drives are recessed the retaining wall is high enough someone could walk on it and then "jump" the fence with ease. This is just asking for trouble.
