I paid for first month. My gate code never worked. I followed someone else in to find my storage bc no one returns calls and management is REMOTE. I was locked inside and had to wait for someone else to come in before I could get out. I requested my money back and was told someone would call me. No call after one week. And they tried to charge me again. The units are like an old tin barn and dirt to sit ur belongings on. No wonder the prices so low.
