This is the second time I have put my belongings in this self storage. The first time I fell way behind and the manager worked with me on letting me get caught up. Very nice young man. So I have sent a lot of people there that needed a unit. Well I asked them again today if I could get a payment plan something to help me get back on track and they said there was no options for me no partial payment will be excepted. I'm homeless due to house fire that I have not been able to recover from now my husband is locked up...anyway I'm am not asking for a hand out here just a hand up. I do still work 40 hrs a week it's not like I don't have money coming in. I just need someone to let me get caught up and I'll move out. I don't want to lose my belongings at this place I lost everything in the fire this stuff is donated stuff my customers at work gave me to help me when or if I do finally get a home. I can't believe I came here I should have asked if that young man still worked there before I put my stuff here. At this point I would tell everyone not to go here unless you can be perfect at payments and know you will not have any disasters or mishaps that could hinder you paying.

The man working in the office is a god send! I literally got to the office 10 minutes before closing due to me being at work and having to borrow a truck and picking up moving helpers. It was detrimental that I found a unit that day to move into or I would have lost everything. He was nice and helped me even though it was kind of tedious. I really appreciated his help and kindness that day.

I was having trouble finding large affordable units to store my boat. This place was perfect with extra tall doors! Also, Allen was exceptionally helpful in getting us setup!

rented this storage thinking it had 24 hour access which I needed due to my work hours and then found out it doesn't have access between 10 pm to 6 am.

After getting totally screwed by Public Storage back in October I started looking around for storage units and I found Storelocal and I'm so glad I did. They are by far the cleanest and cheapest around not to mention the outstanding customer service. I now have two 10×20 units that I pay $110 less for then I paid for my 10×20 at Public Storage. Storelocal keep up the fantastic work. YOU ROCK!!!!
