I reserved a storage online and when I called I was told to come in to finalize. Upon arrival the young man explained everything, including the entire contract so I understood what everything was. He explained the insurance coverage and location and walked me to my storage. Then I was informed I was going to get a military discount which I didnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t expect. After everything he asked if I needed anything or had questions and I had like 5. He didnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t hesitate and was able to answer all questions. The space was very clean as well.

If I could give Floyd the customer service agent at this location a million stars for his service I would. He was so nice and very informative. He even took me on the golf cart to see the unit to make sure it was what I needed before I signed the contract. He explained the details of the contract to me so I knew what I was signing. The lobby was clean and tidy. I recommend this place to anyone looking for a great unit and great service
