There were several facilities available but the security and cleanliness of American makes the difference for me.

Lock was difficult to operate as the door had to be lifted a little, but they explained it to us and it wasn't a problem. Plenty of space for what we needed. They are very accommodating.

I don't understand the prior review that says there is never anyone available. The owner lives on the property and is available by phone, pretty much 24/7. He is helpful and courteous. He called me less than 24 hours after I made the online reservation. It took me about fifteen minutes, over the phone, to have the unit rented. He assisted us when we moved in late in the day. The unit was clean and dry and the property has plenty of lighting which seems to be with motion sensors. The property is neat and clean and well organized. We have absolutely no complaints and will recommend this business to our friends.

We have gone at different times (during business hours) and can't seem to find a time when the office is open. Wooden pallets were in our storage room when we first got there. Trying to find a time when someone is there so we can do something with them.
