We called and needed a storage unit asap! They, thankfully, had one and said we could start moving in immediately and even have a few days to pay if need be. It's super clean and the man is super helpful!

The facility is always clean and well kept. The security is fantastic as they live on the premises. No matter when I go in they remember who I am and are very friendly. She is always willing to talk for a while about things in general which I like.

The operator of Shawnee Self Storage is always friendly and helps in anyway possible. She is always performing security checks, and calls when there are any possible issues with my unit.

I've never had any problems with this place. Everytime I've lost a debit card or had my numbers changed they call me to make sure i don't get hit with a late charge. Very satisfied with my experience.
