Easy Stop Storage - Tulsa North

It has been 3 months since I first tried to get someone to help me with an incident report and to begin my claim process due to my unit getting burglarized and vandalized at easy Stop Storage Tulsa North!! IT'S UNBELIEVABLE HOW I'M BEING TREATED ESPECIALLY AFTER THE PROPERTY MANAGER ALLOWED MY UNIT TO BE KNEE HIGH OPEN FOR 2 MONTHS STRAIGHT... I DON'T EVEN KNOW WHO MY INSURANCE IS WHO I PAID FOR OVER 2 YEARS BECAUSE THEY LIED TO ME AND GAVE ME A BOGUS PHONE NUMBER AND I WAS TOLD BY THE DISTRICT OF OKLAHOMA MANAGER THAT I WAS NOT ALLOWED TO CALL ANY OF THE STORES TO GET THAT INFORMATION OR IT WOULD BE CONSIDERED HARASSMENT!!! I THINK I NEED TO GET AN ATTORNEY AND ALSO DO ANOTHER POLICE REPORT BECAUSE I SAW THE PROPERTY MANAGERS HUSBAND TALKING TO SOME BUM THAT WAS LIVING ON SITE AND WAS THERE THE LAST TIME I SAW ON MY STUFF IN MY STORAGE!!! SOMEONE NEEDS TO BE ACCOUNTABLE AND NOBODY IS NOBODY'S EVEN GIVING ME THE CORPORATE OFFICE INFORMATION AND EVERYONE'S JUST TREATING IT AS A LITTLE GAME I'M PISSED I AM AT A LOSS HERE MY STUFF WAS STOLEN FROM ME AND VANDALIZED AND THIS PROPERTY MANAGER ALLOWED MY UNIT TO BE OPEN KNEE HIGH FOR OVER 2 MONTHS I THINK THAT'S HIGHLY INAPPROPRIATE AND ILLEGAL FOR HER TO DO THIS!!!

I've been trying to do a burglary claim I'm getting no help at all from this facility I stored at instead of getting help or even an incident report completed by this facility!! I don't even know who my protection plan provider truly is because no one is helping me I missing over $3,000 worth of items from my storage or they were brokenn Instead of getting help I'm being threatened by the district manager if I contact the store or any store in Oklahoma it would be considered harassment!!! I'm just trying to recover for my losses these people are criminals

You know, thereﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s isnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t much can I say. The experience was unforgettable and I know that sounds crazy for it just being a storage facility but itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s true. Both of the ladies inside were wonderful! I just can put into words, itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s was an amazing experience and the world needs more people like Billie and Dibella. I will definitely be referring people over to them! Ps. I apologize if I have butchered the names.. I am not the greatest speller as Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢ve gotten older!

Ive had my belongings at this facility a long time. I feel safe in having them there. Never had any trouble whatsoever. Billie is really friendly, kind and courteous!!Г°ЕёЛњЕ 

The owner was kind and professional. The facilities were clean and well taken care of. I like the fact that the owners lived on the property so they would always be there to watch it over at the storage

The staff made sure I had everything I needed, and showed me the unit before I paid for anything. The 10x20 unit had plenty of drive in space and was very clean. The only thing I could wish to do differently was the amount of paperwork that had to be filled out, some times the same info on multiple forms. Some of this could be filled out online and duplicated before I even got there. That would make the experience A

I was in need of a storage unit and went to Alcatraz in Tulsa and had the best customer service experience ever! I even had my children with me and the owners made it an easy paperwork process while my kids were there as well, which is important! With the purchase of my storage unit, I was even able to use their truck to haul my belongings to my unit for free. On top of the customer service being fantastic, the units are extremely clean, easy to access and the security is top of the line. I love it and recommend them to everyone and anyone!
